This is my first year making vegan pancakes and I'm not gonna lie, it went pretty damn well...

Vegan Banana Pancakes




Ingredients

1 Cup Plain Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Bananas (mashed)
1 Tbsp Chia or Flax seeds (mixed with 3 tbsp hot water)
1 Banana (mashed)
1 Cup Almond Milk
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
(Optional) 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
